Had to give1 star as they deserve minus...
Ordered a personalised latte cup, paid £9.99 for a £1 cup, paid £7.99 for next day delivery and that was 3 days ago..
And I'm sat here still waiting on delivery..
I will never use these people again and I would recommend you don't either...
A very unhappy customer

I ordered a chefs hat described on website as one size fits all. It it very small and doesn't fit anyone so it's useless.

I ordered a personalised champagne bottle for my parents Ruby Anniversary. It cost about £45 arrived late, and the personalisation was incorrect. I requested a partial refund and all they offered was to send out a new label to stick over it. I don't live close to my parents and really shouldn't have to ask them to replace the label. The whole company is based on personalisation that's what they do...and they can't seem to get that right. Avoid.

Don't buy from them. They are shoddy and gift are not as described. They may look good on the web page but disappointing when you receive.

I am furious that the personalised gift I received was not correct, I previewed before ordering.
When trying to reorder or ask for refund from this sham of a company offered me 50 percent discount if I ordered another one.
I purchased the brandy glass and even without the mistake THEY made the glass is a total rip off!!

Absolutely disgraceful company. I paid for a bar sign and it never arrived. Messaged them on facebook and no response they should be shut down avoid them at all costs

Poor quality goods. Ordered personalised pillow cases to send overseas as a wedding gift. Delivery was reasonable. Was so disappointed upon opening item. Extremely poor quality pillow cases made of horrible fabric. Sadly, no time to order anything else from another company

Shockingly bad! I wish I had read the reviews before using this website. Completely ruined my childs birthday. Very misleading website, they don't dispatch within 24 hours, they don't work every day despite what their website states.
They sent me emails saying my item had been dispatched then told me it hadn't. They asked me for more money to upgrade on delivery, then told me they'd already taken it. They seemed to think it was okay that they missed the next day delivery and that my child wouldn't receive their gift. Just an absolute JOKE!
I dealt with the director and customer service is something they clearly care very little about. For the record 'NO, it's not okay that you've ruined my child's birthday - I hope the same lack of service and disappointment befalls you when it comes to something important to you!'
Terrible website, terrible service!

This company doesn't even deserve one star. Appalling. Ordered a gift for a three year old girl. Its a shabby thin, piece of rag that they sent me. Now refusing a refund. I've checked the law and I should be given a full refund as the gift is not fit for purpose. Stay away from this company.

I ordered a whiskey glass for my dads 75th birthday. The delivery was quick, however it arrived in a tatty brown box with just bubble wrap around it. The engraving on the glass was not centralised, nor straight. Extremely disappointing!!

I bought a personalised message card, arrived 3 weeks later scheduled but it was of a very good quality.

Absolutely disgraceful. Ordered one of their news paper headline books. Nicely presented, that's where it ends. Item absolutely useless as the print inside is impossible to read without the hubble telescope. If only I'd read the reviews on this company before placing my order. Not one positive review. Totally disgusting.

Absolutely disgusted with my purchase!! The only thing good enough for this is to smash it against a brick wall, feel VERY insulted!! Engraving is complete rubbish.

I have used this company before and had no problems but this time really disappointed with the service. As when ordering the website kept crashing and when I thought my order was complete having waiting for the delivery I discovered it had been delivered to another address on my list knowing when I placed the order I had put my address on it. When i contacted the company they have refused to rectify this.

I purchased a personalised trinket box and was not satisfied with the quality of the engraving. I sent an email with regards to this matter and received an email from customer services asking for a photo of what I was not happy with so that they could look into it. Since sending the photo I have had no response.
